Roly Berrio
Havana, June 30 (RHC)-- Trova musician Roly Berrio is giving the final touches to his new album ‘Moscas de Fuego’, which will be released on July 23rd, under Colobrí label and with musical production by singer, songwriter and instrumentalist Alain Pérez.
Born in Villa Clara province, Berrio is the founding director of Trobuntibitis cultural project.
Moscas de Fuego includes footage of a concert that the artist gave at Mejunge Cultural center in Santa Clara City. It includes 14 tracks, all of them written by Barrio himself.
The title track ‘Moscas de fuego’ and its accompanying music video were released on social networks on February 14th last.
The album was nominated to this year’s Cubadisco Awards in the category of Best Making Off.
Guest artists include trumpet player Dayron Oney, keyboard player Andy García, bassist Rainer Pérez and percussionist Roberto Vizcaíno.
