Havana, May 10 (RHC)-- In the context of Cuba's Son Day, the Cuba Pavilion in Havana's ramp, reserves for Tuesday the presentation of the album Memorias del Maestro de Juventudes Pancho Amat y su Cabildo del Son, nominated for Cubadisco.
The 2023 edition of the Cuban record fair, which is taking place here these days, is awarded to great masters of the music of this country and one of them is Amat, considered our greatest trecero.
The musician will have the honor of presenting his phonogram in the May Hall of the pavilion headquarters of the Hermanos Saíz Association -AHS.
Almost late at night, Amat and his Cabildo will offer a concert on the central stage of the cultural entity, home of several of the shows that the AHS organizes around this time, in coordination with the Ministry of Culture of Cuba, the Cuban Fund of Cultural Goods, the Institute of Music and other organizations.
These activities are part of the program for the National Day of Son, celebrated since last Sunday throughout Cuba when it broke the giant casino wheel that aspires to Guinness record in 2024.
It is also a program of tributes to other Maestros de Juventudes, such as Adalberto Alvarez and Cesar Pedroso, soneros of great value in the nation.
