Havana, November 4 (PL) -- Cuban Luis Orta ratified today his favoritism in the 67 kilograms in the Greco wrestling of the Pan American Games of Santiago 2023.
It was known that it was almost impossible to stop the Olympic champion of Tokyo 2020 and world champion of Belgrade 2023, and the Colombian Julian Horta proved it in the final, by yielding by technical superiority (1-10).
For his part, Ecuador's Andres Montaño won bronze at the Olympic Training Center after beating the host Nestor Almanza, also of Cuban blood, 5-3.
Nilton Soto, from Peru, also reached the bottom of the podium, beating Mauricio Lovera, from Argentina, 9-0.
