Baku, December 3 (RHC)-- Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Azerbaijan Elchin Efendiyev signed the Book of Condolences for the death of Cuban Revolution leader Fidel Castro at the Cuban embassy in Baku.

In writing on the book, Efendiyev expressed sorrow and his deepest sympathy with the Cuban government and people. He noted that upon learning of Fidel's passing last Friday, President of Azerbaijan IIham Aliyed sent a message to his Cuban counterpart, President Raúl Castro

Intellectuals, diplomats and activists with the Solidarity with Cuba movement in that country have visited the Cuban diplomatic mission to show their solidarity with the Cuban people at this time of mourning.
