Buenos Aires, March 19th (RHC ) -- Argentina and Brazil agreed on Tuesday to strengthen joint coordination in fight against trafficking in human beings, and provide assistance and protection to the victims of this crime.
Under an agreement, signed by Argentinian Secretary of Justice Julian Alvarez and his Brazilian counterpart Paulo Abrao, both countries committed to working together on combating human trafficking by training, awareness campaigns and through research, a joint statement said.
The parties agreed to boost preventative strategies and exchange information for criminal investigations.
