La Paz, November 10 (RHC)-- On his official Twitter account, Evo Morales says a police official publicly announced he has illegal orders to arrest him. Evo also says that violent groups raided and ransacked his home in Cochabamba.
The tweet concludes: "Those involved in the coup have destroyed and betrayed law and democracy."
