Quito, July 25 (RHC)-- More than 20 former presidents and high-level government officials in Latin America have denounced Ecuador for barring the political party of former leftist President Rafael Correa from next year’s election.
In an open letter, former Brazilian presidents Luiz Inácio “Lula” Da Silva and Dilma Rousseff and others warn that the move calls into question the legitimacy of the elections in Ecuador.
