Havana, Sep 1 (RHC) The Russian Defense Ministry (pictured) reported Friday in Moscow that in the last week the army carried out five attacks with high-precision weapons against control, intelligence and radio posts, port facilities and ammunition depots in Ukraine.

The military agency said that as a result the control of the strategic radio jamming system of the Ukrainian forces was disrupted, and workshops for the assembly of unmanned boats, anti-aircraft defense systems, rocket launchers, armored vehicles and aviation weapons were destroyed.

He specified that the most complicated situations during the week were recorded on the Donetsk and Zaporozhie fronts.

At the same time, the Russian forces overturned Kiev's attempts to break through the defenses in the areas of Klescheyevka and Maloiloilovka settlements in Donetsk, where they repelled 36 attacks and eliminated up to 2,385 soldiers, 30 tanks and other armored vehicles, 75 vehicles and 21 cannons.

The military report also stated that the Russian Black Sea fleet constantly monitored the situation with all kinds of reconnaissance, which prevented the landing of a Ukrainian detachment on August 29-30 on the Crimean coast.

Russian naval aircraft destroyed four military ships and eliminated up to 50 Ukrainian troops.In the southern front area the fiercest fighting took place to the south of the settlement of Staromayorskoye in Donetsk, where Kiev lost up to 1,25 military personnel, 13 armored vehicles, 26 railcars, as well as 26 field artillery guns in that sector.

Also, the Russian Armed Forces eliminated about 540 military personnel and destroyed 22 Ukrainian armored vehicles, 13 automobiles and 10 artillery units in the Krasny Liman area.Since February 24, 2022, Russia has been carrying out a special military operation in eastern Ukraine aimed at demilitarizing and denazifying the neighboring country and preventing attacks by the Kiev Government against the civilian population of Lugansk and Donetsk.
