Caracas, April 3 (RHC)-- Venezuela's Minister of Communication, Freddy Ñáñez, rejected on Tuesday the statements made by the Argentine president, Javier Milei, of propitiating a regional siege of sanctions against the Bolivarian nation.

"That Milei wishes the worst to the people of Venezuela neither surprises us nor does it matter to us. But it is clear that his publicity stunt for the moment serves to distract public opinion from the real problem: his genuflecting stance before the imperial theft of Las Malvinas", he referred through a message published in the social network X.

Likewise, the sectorial vice-president of Communication, Culture and Tourism, underlined that "there has never been in the history of Argentina a President willing to give away his territory as this political experiment of Zionism does."

In an interview he gave on Sunday, the Argentinian president assured that he would be willing to influence other governments of the region to try to convince them to apply more diplomatic sanctions against Venezuela.  He also said that "if sanctions were to be applied, I would not have any kind of problem."
