Gaza City, November 17 (RHC)-- Palestinian death toll due to Israeli genocidal offensive has risen 43,764 fatalities and 103, 490 wounded.

Local health officials have reported a staggering increase in the Palestinian death toll due to the ongoing Israeli military actions since October 7, 2023, now standing at 43,764 fatalities.  Additionally, over 103,490 individuals have been wounded, with a significant portion of the casualties being women and children.

In the past 24 hours alone, Israeli forces have carried out three attacks on families in the Gaza Strip, resulting in at least 28 deaths and 120 injuries, as documented by medical sources.

The Gaza death toll has risen to more than 43,760 Palestinians amid Israel's continued bombardment of the besieged enclave since October 7, 2023, says the health ministry.

Emergency responders continue to face severe challenges, as many victims remain trapped under debris or scattered along roads due to ongoing hostilities.  The obstruction of ambulance and civil defense operations by Israeli forces exacerbates this dire situation.

Despite international calls for an immediate ceasefire from the United Nations Security Council and directives from the International Court of Justice aimed at preventing further violence and addressing the humanitarian crisis in Gaza, Israeli attacks persist without pause.
