Buemos Aires, March 6 (teleSUR-RHC)-- Former Argentinian Intelligence Chief Antonio Stiusso is back as a primary suspect in the Nisman Case due to new information released Thursday by lead attorney Viviana Fein.

According to a testimony given by Alberto Massino, former analysis director at the Intelligence Secretariat, the late attorney called him a day before his death, trying to reach Stiusso.

Furthermore, Massino confirmed that Stiusso and other intelligence agents had been monitoring and recording President Cristina Fernandez's phone calls.

The new revelation comes as an expert report was released Thursday by Nisman's former wife and judge, Sandra Arroyo.

Arroyo claims that her team concluded Nisman's death was not a suicide but a murder, in stark contrast with previous conclusions drawn by Fein.

Fein claimed that Arroyo's report was premature, and that her conclusions were based on assumptions which have not been tested in the autopsy. She also announced she will call the experts that worked with Arroyo to testify in the investigation and to explain how they reached such conclusions.

“I cannot discard any hypothesis, whether it was murder or suicide. To reach such conclusion I need to wait for a series of reports that medical forensics and technical experts will provide,” Fein explained.

The new developments come after the Argentinian opposition is readying for general elections and —according to government officials— are trying to use Nisman's death as political leverage.
