Quito, Mar 9 (RHC) The National Assembly of Ecuador is to ratify an Agreement with Costa Rica on Maritime Limits, to define permanently the sea borders between both countries.
The report from the Parliament Commission on Sovereignty, Integration, International Relations and Security, says the agreement will help strengthen diplomatic, commercial relations and mutual assistance.
