Havana, Mar 15, (RHC), – The First International Scientific Conference of the University of Informatics Sciences (UCI), to be held from April 10 through the 14, will be attended by more than 50 scholars and recognized professionals from all over the world.

According to organizers, the UCIENCIA event, which used to be only domestic, will go global this 2014, while the announced attendance of some top level speakers has generated high expectations.

The event comprises of seven workshops that will deal with issues such as the social impact of New Information and Communication Technologies, applications of Artificial Intelligence and the advantages of Computer Science in Project Management.
