Havana, December 2 (RHC)--Cuban President Miguel Díaz-Canel met Tuesday with a group of intellectuals from the country, the Ministry of Culture informed on its web page.
]The Culture minister Alpidio Alonso affirmed that during the contact, which lasted more than four hours, the President checked the fulfillment of the agreements of the past Congress of the Union of Writers and Artists of Cuba (UNEAC).
In his Twitter profile, Alonso explained that Díaz-Canel insisted on the essential links between culture and the Revolution.
