Brasilia, July 16 (RHC)-- Cuban President Raul Castro is in Brasilia, leading the island's delegation to a meeting between leaders of the Community of Latin America and Caribbean States (CELAC) and China.
Cuba is a member of the CELAC Quartet, along with Costa Rica, Ecuador and Antigua and Barbuda. Costa Rica's President Luis Guillermo Solís, Ecuador's Rafael Correa and the Prime Minister of Antigua and Barbuda, Gaston Browne are also in Brasilia, attending Wednesday's meeting.
The other members of the Cuban delegation are the ministers of Foreign Affairs and Foreign Trade and Investment, Bruno Rodríguez Parrilla and Rodrigo Malmierca, respectively, Deputy Foreign Minister Abelardo Moreno and Cuban Ambassador in Brazil, Marielena Ruiz Capote.
