The Cuban Foreign Minister stressed the Island's commitment to participate in all the activities programmed by the regional integration body while acknowledging that much remains to be done for the sake of dialogue and cooperation.

Rodríguez Parrilla highlighted the importance of the ACS as a mechanism for coordination in the area and thanked the organization's historical support in the rejection of the U.S. blockade imposed on the Island.

For his part, Sabonge mentioned Cuba's permanent commitment to the organization and the support provided in the fight against COVID-19 and the post-pandemic recovery.
