Cuban Foreign Minister Bruno Rodriguez
Havana, Nov 8 (RHC) On Tuesday, Cuban Foreign Minister Bruno Rodriguez sent condolences to the people and government of Dominica for the loss of a human life and damages caused by heavy rains.
On his Twitter account, the foreign minister offered his country's solidarity and assured that Dominica can count on the support of Cuba to assist the victims and recovery tasks.
The heavy rains that hit that Caribbean Island last Sunday caused floods and landslides in several territories.
According to local media, work is still being carried out to clear roads and restore power in affected schools (Source: Prensa Latina).
