Cuban Deputy Prime Minister Ricardo Cabrisas begins working visit to Algeria

Havana, Dec 13 (RHC) Cuban Deputy Prime Minister Ricardo Cabrisas Ruiz arrived Monday in Algeria to complete a work program that includes meetings with Algerian government authorities.

He was received by the deputy director for Central America and the Caribbean of the Algerian Foreign Ministry and the Cuban Ambassador to Algeria.

The Cuban leader's visit aims to strengthen the relations of friendship and cooperation between the two sister nations, which this year reached the 60th anniversary of their establishment.

His stay in this North African country will also allow him to work together with the Algerian side in the implementation of the agreements reached during the recent visit of Cuban President Miguel Díaz-Canel Bermúdez to Algiers.
