Havana, Jan 20 (RHC) After his working tour of the eastern part of the country, the government visit led by President Miguel Díaz-Canel arrives this Friday in Camagüey to evaluate the challenges and projections for 2023.
The visit, which brings together businessmen, cooperatives, key players in the economy, the leadership of the Communist Party of Cuba (PCC), and the government in the region, is crucial in times when this agro-industrial territory needs a rebound for national development.
The Cándido González School of the PCC in this city hosts the meeting where the first secretary of the party in the province, Federico García, presented the summary of the work in the largest Cuban territory.
Also participating in the meeting are PCC Political Bureau member and Prime Minister Manuel Marrero, as well as academics, scientists, economists and representatives of the mass organizations, and the leadership of the Central de Trabajadores de Cuba in Camagüey (Source: Prensa Latina).
