Havana, April 8 (RHC)-- After the accident that occurred on Friday at the Antonio Guiteras Thermoelectric Power Plant (CTE) in Matanzas, rescue teams found the lifeless body of Alexis Bernardo Labrada Junco, 47, a native of Granma.

He is one of the workers who were trapped after the accident that occurred in the Antonio Guiteras CTE.

The Provincial Government conveyed to his family and friends the deepest condolences on behalf of the people of Matanzas, the authorities of the Communist Party and the Government of the province.

Three workers were injured and one man is still trapped under the rubble of a partition wall in the chimney of the CTE, which occurred on Friday afternoon while maintenance work was being carried out. (Source: ACN)
