Cuban president will attend a meeting against violence
Havana, Cuba, April 14 (RHC) - Cuban President Miguel Díaz-Canel is participating today in Santa Clara in a women's dialogue for non-gender violence.
The president is currently on comprehensive visit of the Secretariat of the Central Committee of the Cuban Communist Party.
The general secretary of the Federation of Cuban Women, Teresa Amarelle, thanked Diaz-Canel's participation on Twitter, and stated that with his reflections and the voices of women from that region of the country, a process of debate in the communities on gender violence will begin.
