Congress of Agricultural Sciences 2023 begins today in Varadero, Cuba
Havana, Jun 5 (RHC) With the participation of representatives from 15 countries, the 5th International Congress of Agricultural Sciences 2023 begins today at the Plaza América Convention Center in Varadero.
The event, agreed until June 9, is sponsored by the Agrarian University of Havana Fructuoso Rodríguez Pérez, with the university and innovation for sustainable development in the thematic axis of the workshops and conferences of the event that will be held in a hybrid format.
As reported by Maydolis Cabrera, head of the communication department of the Fructuoso Rodríguez Pérez University, the event will be attended by specialists from Cuba, researchers from Angola, Argentina, Bolivia, Brazil, Colombia, Costa Rica, Chile, Ecuador, Spain, France, Haiti, Mexico, Panama, Peru and Russia.
Cabrera pointed out that the official presentation of the National Network for the Internationalization of Higher Education will be held at the Congress, with the objective of socializing good practices in the management of the internationalization process of Cuban higher education institutions.
According to the official program of the Agricultural Sciences Congress, the main objective is focused on generating knowledge and exchanging experiences that promote integration between the various areas of knowledge related to educational, economic and business, social and physical culture sciences.
