Prime Minister of Cuba will participate in the World Government Summit

Havana, Feb 8 (RHC) Cuban Prime Minister Manuel Marrero Cruz will participate in the World Government Summit, in Dubai, United Arab Emirates (UAE), between February 12 and 14.

The event, organized annually by the UAE authorities, is a global knowledge-sharing platform for governments that was established in 2013. It explores the agenda of the next generation of governments, focusing on harnessing innovation and technology to solve the universal challenges facing humanity.

The World Government Summit 2024 will be held under the theme “Shaping the governments of the future”.

It will bring together governments, international organizations, opinion leaders and private sector leaders from around the world, to promote international cooperation and enable governments to identify innovative solutions to future challenges and inspire and empower the next generation of governments.

Marrero and his delegation will also develop an intense program of bilateral meetings with high Emirati authorities, as well as with heads of state and governments attending the event. (Source: Cubaminrex)
