12 illegal migrants returned to Cuba
Havana, July 17 (RHC) The US Coast Guard returned 12 irregular migrants to Cuba on Tuesday through the port of Orozco, Bahía Honda, Artemisa.
The eight men and four women had left the country illegally in a speedboat with foreign assistance, they had been sailing for about nine hours and were intercepted, according to the U.S. Coast Guard.
With this arrival, 769 people have been returned from various countries in the region in 52 operations so far in 2024.
