The aggression caused total or partial losses of the electricity supply in the 24 states

Havana, August 31 (RHC) The Minister of Foreign Affairs of Cuba, Bruno Rodríguez, today repudiated the sabotage against Venezuela's electrical system and demanded an end to the harassment of that South American nation, promoted by extreme right-wing sectors.

Through the social network X, Rodríguez denounced that the aggression against that public service is an attempt to destabilize, generate violence and undermine the peace of the Venezuelan people.

Bolivarian government authorities reported the day before the event that occurred at dawn this Friday, which caused total or partial losses of the electricity supply in the 24 states of the country.

According to press reports, the Minister of the Interior and Justice of Venezuela, Diosdado Cabello, reported that on the day of the attack, service began to be restored in some sectors of Caracas, the nation's capital.

Cabello also considered that the terrorist acts committed by sectors of the extremist and fascist right, encouraged by the United States, are cruelty against their own people by not achieving their objectives through violence.

Far-right leaders expected Venezuela to be on fire a month after the presidential elections, won by Nicolás Maduro and ratified by the Supreme Court, but contrary to that, the country is completely calm, the minister said. (Source: Prensa Latina)
