Havana, February 1 (RHC) -- The World Council of the José Martí International Solidarity Project has issued the call the 7th edition of the International Conference for the Balance of the World, which will take place in Havana in January 2027.
The initiative was convened by the Mexican expert Mario Alberto Nájera, who characterized the recently concluded edition as a triumph.
He extended the invitation to universities, academic, intellectual, social, and humanities organizations, the media, social media, and all individuals of goodwill worldwide to join in.
Nájera emphasized that over 1,200 individuals came together to discuss crucial issues at the global scale, which are part of the scientific program of the gathering.
At the conclusion of the event, leaders of political and social organizations issued a call to continue championing the just causes of the people and emphasized the need for a new world order.
They also emphasized the need to uphold the truth about Cuba in the face of the US's hostile policy, denounce the genocide in Palestine, advocate for the liberation of Puerto Rico, oppose the establishment of new military bases, and highlight the significance of Latin America and the Caribbean as a region of peace.
