Havana, December 18 (RHC)-- Havana will host Friday the 12th session of the Cuba-Russia joint Intergovernmental Commission. The expressed aim is to strengthen bilateral economic, commercial, scientific and technical cooperation between the two countries.
High-ranking delegations from Russia and Cuba, gathered in work groups, will also examine several aspects of common interest in sectors like energy, transport, agriculture, communication technologies, healthcare, education, culture and tourism.
The event's program also provides for the Russian visitors to meet with several Cuban ministers and tour places of interest.
