Havana, July 18 (RHC)- The Chamber of Commerce of the Republic of Cuba and the Bahamas Chamber of Commerce and Employers Confederation have signed an agreement of cooperation in the context of the Business Forum Cuba-Caribe that is taking place in Santiago de Cuba.

Following the signing of the agreement, the presidents of the Chambers of Commerce of Cuba and The Bahamas reiterated their governments´ interest to continue developing and deepening the economic and commercial links between both countries.

As part of his participation in the Business Forum, the President of the Chamber of Commerce of The Bahamas, Gowon Bowe, fulfilled a wide working program that included a presentation on the “Business and Investment Opportunities in The Bahamas,” as well as a bilateral meeting with Cuban counterpart Orlando Hernández Guillén, who also exchanged on current investment opportunities in Cuba.
