Panama City, November 18 (RHC)-- A 70-member Cuban delegation will participate at the 13th International Forum of Economists on Integration, Globalization and Development Problems to take place next week in Panama City.
Some one thousand participants and guests from around the world will attend the opening of the forum, which will take place Monday, November 23rd at the Panama Hotel, said the president of the Panamanian Economists' organization, Doctor Olmedo Estrada.
The forum, which will close November 25th, will be the appropriate scenario for experts to discuss the most pressing problems of world economy, Estrada said.
High on the agenda will be the current world economic situation and slump of the so-called emerging economies. Also on the spotlight of the forum is the new scenario given by Latin American and Caribbean economic integration.
The forum was organized by Panama's Economists' Organization and the Association of Latin American and Caribbean Economists.
