Geneva, Feb 26 (RHC)-- Cuba strongly criticized in Geneva the United States' persistent violation of resolutions and recommendations of the World Trade Organization Settlement Commission, particularly their refusal to grant a specific license to renew the registration of the rum brand Havana Club.
Anayansi Rodríguez, Cuban ambassador to Geneva-based UN agencies, said the law remains intact, without the slightest change whatsoever, and warned that the regulation prevents any US court from recognizing Cuban brands or patents.
