Havana, June 10 (RHC)-- The Curaçao Oil Company (Curoil) is interested in joint ventures with Cuba's company Unión CubaPetróleo in the oil and energy sectors. A business forum was held here in Havana with the participation of entrepreneurs from the two countries.
In statements to the press, Curoil Managing Director Yamil Lasten said contacts with Cuban executives began in November 2015. He added that expert teams have traveled between the two countries.
According to Lasten, priority areas for cooperation between Curacao and Cuba include oil infrastructure and professional training.
