Popular Cuban group Moncada opened a new week of concerts online this Monday, July 27th, on the frequencies of Canal Clave TV channel, Radio Progreso, the Youtube channel of the Cuban Ministry of Culture and a network of more than 100 other Facebook pages.

With the hashtags #EstamosContigo#MusicosPorCuba, the virtual concerts, begun in late March, are a joint initiative of the Ministry of Culture, the Cuban Music Institute and the Cuban Radio and Television Institute (ICRT).

According to information released by the Communications Office of the Cuban Music Institute, singer María Victoria Rodríguez and her group will give a concert on Tuesday, followed by pianist José Portillo (Portillito) and his Grupo Cause. The planned concerts continue Thursday with the group La Cruzada, followed by Afro-Cuban ensemble Síntesis, on Friday, July 31st.
