Two pieces by renowned Venezuelan choreographer, Vicente Nebrada, will be premiered by the Cuban National Ballet Company during Havana’s International Ballet Festival, set for October 28 through November 7.
The directors of the Nebrada Arts Initiative, Yanis Pikieris and Zane Wilson, are in Havana rehearsing the famous choreographer’s first internationally successful piece, Percusión para seis hombres (Percussion for Six Men), and an abridged version of his best known work, Nuestros Valses (Our Waltzes), which will be presented as Valsette.
