Washington, June 15 (RHC)-- The Havana D'Primera Orchestra, one of the most popular in Cuban dance music, begins a four-concert tour of U.S. cities.
In his social networks, the group's director, Alexander Abreu, informed his followers that tomorrow they will perform at La Boom, a venue located in Queens, New York, and then continue on to New Jersey to perform on June 18 to celebrate Father's Day.
Abreu informed his fans that the June 22nd show will be at the Congaroom in Los Angeles, California.
Next up is San Francisco, where the musicians will perform on June 23 at the Roccapulco venue.
With a distinctive sound and a catalog of high quality phonograms, Havana D'Primera has won half a dozen Cubadisco awards and Latin Grammy nominations, among other recognitions.
Their repertoire includes titles such as Me dicen Cuba, Pasaporte, Rosa la peligrosa, Más rollo que película, Azowano, La bailarina, El que esté que tumbe, Energías Oscuras, Cuando el río suena, Tres días and Se te olvidó quien soy, among others. (Source:PL)
