With no failures in its last 14 matches, Manchester City will defend its leadership in the Premier League today against Norwich City, in English soccer's top competition.

Havana, February 12 (RHC)-- With no losses in its last 14 matches, Manchester City will defend its leadership in the Premier League today against Norwich City, in English soccer's top competition.

The "citizens" will try to take advantage of the duel against the bottom team Norwich, in order to increase their record of 19 wins, three draws and only two defeats.

Pep Guardiola's men will take to the Carrow Road ground after beating Brentford 2-0 the previous day, which is good for a nine-point lead over Liverpool (51) and a 13-point lead over Chelsea (47), second and third, respectively.

Norwich, meanwhile, will be playing in front of their fans after drawing 1-1 with Crystal Palace last matchday and are in 18th place in the table with a record of four wins, five draws and 14 losses.

This Saturday, Manchester United, sixth in the table with 11 wins, six draws and six defeats, will host Southampton at Old Trafford, a team with a record of six wins, 10 draws and seven losses.

Rounding out the schedule are Brentford (6-G, 5-E, 13-P) vs. Crystal Palace (5-G, 10-E, 8-P), Everton (5-G, 4-E, 12-P) vs. Leeds United (5-G, 8-E, 9-P) and Watford (4-G, 3-E, 15-P) vs. Brighton and Hove Albion (6-G, 12-E, 4-P).

Individually, Liverpool's Egyptian striker Mohamed Salah and Portugal's Diogo Jota lead the scoring charts with 16 and 12 goals, respectively, while Jamaica's Michail Antonio (West Ham United) stands out for America in the group of top scorers with eight goals.

Among the goalkeepers, Spain's David De Gea (Manchester United) accumulated 86 saves and Argentina's Emiliano Martínez (Aston Villa), with 60, is America's most outstanding goalkeeper in the Premier League.
