Havana, October 20 (JIT)-- The VII Cubamotricidad 2022 Congress will be held from October 24 to 27 in Varadero with the aim of pondering issues related to sports, science and sustainability.

The Plaza America Convention Center, in the famous Cuban seaside resort of Varadero, will host the conclave in which more than 500 delegates from 29 nations will participate.

"We will have prominent scientists who will give master lectures on topics such as the training and preparation of the athlete, management systems in sports and motivation in Physical Education classes, among others," Ms. C. Silvano Merced, rector of the Manuel Fajardo University of Physical Education and Sports Sciences (UCCFD), told JIT.

"It will be an event that will contribute to value and disseminate everything we do in the sciences of physical culture and sport," said the academic.

The topics will be discussed in person and remotely, in six rooms and nine working commissions.
