Havana, January 11 (RHC)-- Portuguese striker Joao Felix arrived today on loan at Chelsea from Atlético de Madrid.

The great pearl of the Lusitanian football leaves Atletico on loan for six months and without option to buy, so at the end of the season he will have to return to the red and white club.

According to the data issued in the operation, the 23-year-old striker arrives at Chelsea in exchange for eight million euros.

With this incorporation, Chelsea aims to climb positions in the English Premier League, in which it is ranked 10th, after a disastrous season.

Before the transfer, Felix extended his contract with Atletico for one more year, until 2027, as a guarantee.
