Havana, October 12 (JIT) - Multi-record holder Jhoen Lefont set a new world record by swimming 600 meters while keeping a soccer ball balanced on his head.
"El Delfín", as he is popularly known, performed the feat at the Baraguá Swimming Pool Complex and broke his own record.
Last month, Lefont achieved another world record, more time holding a soccer ball with his head in the water with 23 minutes, two seconds and 64 thousandths of a second.
Lefont holds other records, such as the most touches of the ball with his head (1,958) and the most touches of the ball with his head in one minute (162), always in a swimming pool.
The former volleyball player is also the Cuban with the most Guinness World Records, with a total of nine.
