Barcelona, January 10 (PL)-- Barcelona legend Gerard Pique announced on the social network X that he will return to professional soccer, just over a year after his retirement, although this time he will do so as a coach.
"It's a new year and after careful thought I have decided to return to soccer. I miss it a lot. This time it won't be as a player. It will be as a coach. I will give more details at the end of the week," the former central defender shared on the platform.
Piqué retired at the end of 2022 with soccer club Barcelona, where he left a long record of service and trophies that make him one of the best defenders in history.
