Havana, 24 de setembro (RHC).- Os dirigentes do badmington cubano estão otimistas com o eventual resultado nesse esporte nos Jogos Centro-americanos e do Caribe de Veracruz, em novembro no México.
Miguel Díaz, presidente da Federação Cubana de Badmington, disse que no evento serão disputadas modalidades individuais e por equipes. Cuba levará seis jogadores, três no masculino e três no feminino. Destaque para Osleni Guerrero, o melhor do país, que ocupa o 39º lugar no ranking mundial.
