Havana, February 29 (RHC) - Marlon Yant continues to excel in the Champions League. The Cuban was key on Wednesday in the victory of the multi-champion Lube Civitanova (Italy) 3-1 against Halbank Ankara (Turkey), which gave his club the pass to the semifinals in the most prestigious volleyball league in Europe.
Christened in the volleyball world as "The Boy Wonder", Yant was the top scorer of his team (18 points), in addition to showing a valuable 63 percent effectiveness in reception.
