Havana, Oct 11 (RHC) - The Cuban baseball5 team won its match against France on Friday and remained undefeated in the super round of the World Cup in Hong Kong, where this Saturday it will go for the title against Japan.

In a match of pure formality, the Cubans won in two sets with scores of 17-2 super knockout and 11-3. Cuba, like two years ago, is undefeated in the final.

They finished unbeaten (4-0) in the super round, escorted by Japan (4-1), Venezuela (3-2) and France (2-2). The latter two will be battling for the bronze medal.

Cuba defends its crown from two years ago in Mexico, when it won the title in the first edition with a victory over Japan in the final.
