Washington, January 15 (RHC)-- A new study says nearly half of all African-American men will be arrested by the time they are 23 years old.
A survey of 7,000 black males from 1997 to 2008 published in the journal Crime & Delinquency showed that 48 percent had been arrested by the time they turned 23.
