Brussels, December 1 (RHC)-- The 104th Ministerial Meeting of the African, Caribbean and Pacific -ACP- Group of States in Brussels, Belgium, began Wednesday with a minute-silence tribute to Cuban Revolution leader Fidel Castro.
A communique issued by the Cuban embassy in the European nation said the tribute extended through the whole session on Wednesday, as praises to Cuba and Fidel were a constant in the speeches delivered by the official representatives of the participating ACP countries.
Delegates agreed that Fidel Castro and Cuba have contributed significantly to the development of nations in all three regions.
