London, February 18 (RHC)-- An attorney who represents Edward Snowden was detained while going through customs at London’s Heathrow airport. Jesselyn Radack told reporters she was subjected to "very hostile questioning" about Snowden and her trips to Russia.
Radack said she was also told she was on an "inhibited persons list," a designation reportedly used by the U.S. Department of Homeland Security to require further vetting of certain passengers.
Last August Glenn Greenwald’s partner, David Miranda, was detained for nearly nine hours at Heathrow under a British anti-terrorism law.
