Havana, March 22 (RHC)-- U.S. President Donald Trump has slumped to a new low in popularity ratings, according to a new Quinnipiac University poll released Wednesday.

According to researchers, 53 percent of the 1,291 participants – aged 18 to over 65 – disapprove of Trump's conduct and his handling of the presidency so far, making it the lowest percentage in over a year.

Participants in the survey felt Trump's leadership, his personality and behavior as a state administrator to be seriously lacking.

An overwhelming 67 percent said they felt Trump is a bad role model for children, 64 percent said he was not level-headed, 55 percent said the president lacks a sense of decency, and 59 percent say Trump does not share their values.

Over half of those surveyed said they don't believe Trump cares about the average American and are embarrassed to have him as their commander in chief.
