New York, October 6 (RHC)-- According to reports in the United States, there are now over 7.4 million confirmed cases of COVID-19 in the U.S. as numbers continue to rise across many states, with the Midwest particularly hard hit.
The Washington Post found cases have risen in 33 states and Puerto Rico since the end of August. In New York City, Mayor Bill de Blasio is calling for schools and businesses to close down again in nine neighborhoods where new spikes have been reported.
