Moscow, November 3 (RHC)-- Russia has reiterated its willingness to work with any winner of the U.S. presidential elections, but without overestimating the hopes for constructive cooperation.
In statements to the newspaper Kommersant, the Russian Minister of Foreign Affairs, Serguei Lavrov, emphasized that in the midst of current circumstances, Moscow must have a realistic analysis of prospects for prospects for bilateral collaboration.
