Donald Trump plans pardons for family and wealthy friends
Washington, December 2 (RHC)-- Multiple news organizations are reporting U.S. President Donald Trump has discussed preemptively pardoning several members of his family, including three of his children — Donald Jr., Ivanka and Eric — as well as his son-in-law Jared Kushner and attorney Rudy Giuliani.
According to The New York Times and other prominent U.S. newspapers and media sources, a presidential pardon would give them protection from federal crimes but not state and local crimes.
