Second dose of Sputnik V administered to Bolivian medical personnel

La Paz, February 23 (RHC)-- The second dose of the Russian vaccine Sputnik V, against COVID-19, is being administered in Bolivia to medical personnel who were given the first injection of the drug several weeks ago, according to a report issued from the Bolivian Ministry of Health and Sports.

Health workers who were immunized with the Russian anti-COVID preparation 21 days ago, are now getting their second dose of Sputnik V.  This will give way to mass immunization in the nation, according to the Bolivian Minister of Health and Sports, Jeyson Ausza.
